Balikbayan Box price increase
Due to soaring logistics costs due to crude oil and domestic economic price hikes from this year, and changes in exchange rates due to the weaker yen
Difficulty of maintaining the current price, we will been price increase the Balikbayan Box from October 16, 2022.

Regarding the impact of the spread of COVID-19 infection
Thank you for your continued support at Transtech Balikbayan Box.

Currently, we continue to provide services both in Japan and the Philippines. Due to the lockdown in the Philippines there will be some delays because of the congestion at Manila port causing a significant delay in the landing work, customs clearance and container ship operation schedule.
In addition, local delivery is delayed due to checkpoints set up in various locations. Some areas are not deliverable which consignee can pick-up at the nearest LBC branch.

    From January 2017 domestic collection and delivery has been changed from Fukuyama Transport to Sagawa Express. Along with that, the weight that can be picked up is changed to 50 kg or less. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
