Year-End and New Year's Period
Regarding the reservation deadline for collection and delivery services during the year-end and new year's period (December 27 - January 5), we have set the following terms:
・The deadline for cardboard box orders and pickup requests for the year is December 26 at 12:00.
・We are open from January 5 onwards for the new year, so we accept reservations for collection and delivery from January 6 onwards.

Please be informed that since Japan Customs was very strict since January 16, 2018 electronic filing and export declaration inspection of balikbayan boxes takes 2 weeks. We are very sorry for every delay it may cause to reach the balikbayan box/es to your consignee in the Philippines.

Thank you for your continued support at Transtech Balikbayan Box.
Currently, we continue to provide services both in Japan and the Philippines. Due to the lockdown in the Philippines there will be some delays because of the congestion at Manila port causing a significant delay in the landing work, customs clearance and container ship operation schedule.
In addition, local delivery is delayed due to checkpoints set up in various locations. Some areas are not deliverable which consignee can pick-up at the nearest LBC branch.
